The 2025 General Assembly will take place on 17 May 2025 in the beautiful setting of Bohinj, Slovenia. This event is graciously hosted by the Alpine Association of Slovenia (PZS).
Agenda & Participation
Motions: Must be submitted in writing to the administrative office (info@european-mountaineers.eu) no later than 17 March 2025.
Elections: The term of Juan Jesus Ibanez Martin and Jan Bloudek as Presidium members will conclude with the GA 2025 after two consecutive terms. As per EUMA statutes, re-election is not possible. Therefore, we encourage all member associations to propose candidates for election by 12 April 2025. This ensures sufficient time to inform all members in line with our regulations. Please send nominations along with a candidate’s CV to andreas.aschaber@european-mountaineers.eu.
Hosting Applications: We welcome applications from federations interested in hosting the GA 2027.
Final Documents & Registration
The final agenda and relevant documents will be shared with member federations by 17 April 2025. Further details on the registration process, accommodation, and logistics will be provided in due course.
